Sourcing & Vendor Manager

Re-negotiation and implementation of one of the largest sourcing-agreements in the Swedish logistics sector, including application development and application maintenance. After a major re-organization, the conditions for the delivery model and the commercial terms changed drastically. Re-negotiation and implementation were carried out successfully and lead to a wider assignment with the sourcing partner as Vendor Manager.

Our name

Rhumb line: an imaginary line on the earth’s surface cutting all meridians at the same angle, used as the standard method of plotting a ship’s course on a chart. In other words, the shortest route between two points. We help our customers stake out the straightest and fastest route through their change processes – and we call it Rumbline Consulting.
